1. Overview & Operating Entity

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Check IMEIs (accessible at checkimeis.com), operated by Pistachio Tech LLC, a New Mexico limited liability company (Entity ID: 0008124662), located at 1209 Mountain Road Pl NE, Ste N, Albuquerque, NM 87110, United States.

By submitting an IMEI or serial number, completing an order, or browsing this website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund & Delivery Policy.

Check IMEIs sells single-use personalized digital device verification reports. All payment gateway transactions are customer-initiated, one-time purchases.

• No Recurring Charges: We do not operate recurring subscription programs, auto-renewals, or automated card charges.
• Digital Delivery Only: All reports are delivered digitally on-screen upon generation (typically 5 to 15 seconds) and emailed as a copy/PDF certificate. No physical goods are shipped.
• Price Transparency: Prices are clearly displayed before payment in the customer’s selected currency (USD, INR, EUR, GBP). Taxes or processing fees, if applicable, are fully shown prior to authorization.

All information, device reports, blacklist records, iCloud / Find My iPhone activation lock states, and carrier details provided by Check IMEIs reflect database records strictly as of the exact date and time the query was processed.

Device status is dynamic and subject to change over time. For example, a handset showing a “Clean” blacklist or unlocked status at the time of check may subsequently be reported lost, stolen, or blocked by a previous owner or carrier days, weeks, or months later. A completed check verifies status at that specific snapshot in time and does not guarantee future status permanence. Subsequent status changes do not entitle the customer to a refund or dispute claim.

Data availability is not standardized, universal, or prefixed across all devices. The exact fields and details available depend directly on the manufacturer, model line, regional specifications, carrier database, and the individual IMEI number itself.

• Different brands and models maintain and expose varying levels of record detail in upstream registry feeds.
• Even within identical models or brands, certain individual IMEIs may have partial or omitted records in upstream OEM databases (e.g. purchase date, storage capacity, color, or specific carrier lock metadata).
• If upstream carrier or manufacturer databases do not contain or return specific fields for an individual IMEI, that information cannot be retrieved or fabricated.

A check that successfully queries upstream databases and delivers all available records for that device is considered 100% fulfilled. The absence of optional or manufacturer-dependent fields does not constitute a defect or failure of service, and does not entitle the user to a refund, discount, or chargeback claim.

5. User Responsibilities & Acceptable Use

You agree to submit only IMEI or serial numbers that you own, intend to purchase, or are authorized to verify. You agree not to use automated scraping scripts, overload our servers, or use verification results to facilitate fraudulent activities.

Customers are solely responsible for accurately entering the 15-digit IMEI or serial number. Once an order is placed and submitted to upstream registries, it cannot be canceled, refunded, or modified.

6. Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability & Governing Law

Check IMEIs is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Check IMEIs is an independent verification portal and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Apple Inc., Samsung, Google, GSMA, or any telecom carrier. Apple, iPhone, iPad, Mac, and iCloud are registered trademarks of Apple Inc.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Pistachio Tech LLC and its officers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from used phone transactions, purchasing decisions, or point-in-time status variations. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Bernalillo County, New Mexico.
