This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, process, and safeguard your personal information when you use our website, free check features, and digital report delivery services.

We collect only the minimum data necessary to verify device status and deliver purchased reports:

• Device Identifiers: 15-digit IMEI numbers, TAC numbers, and Apple device serial numbers submitted by you to perform lookups.
• Contact & Delivery Information: Your email address, collected solely to dispatch report results, order confirmations, and downloadable PDF certificates.
• Transaction Metadata: Payment reference tokens, payment timestamps, currency, and amount. (We never store card numbers; see Section 4).
• Technical Diagnostics: IP addresses, browser User-Agent strings, and rate-limiting headers used to prevent bot abuse and brute-force queries.

3. Purpose & Use of Information

We use the collected information exclusively to:

• Query verified upstream OEM and telecom registries to deliver device status.
• Dispatch electronic report copies and payment receipts via email.
• Investigate unfulfilled orders and process eligible refunds.
• Protect against automated scraping, fraudulent chargebacks, and system misuse.

We do NOT sell, rent, or trade your IMEI numbers, email addresses, or transaction data to third-party data brokers or marketing agencies.

All credit card, debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and UPI transactions are processed through certified, PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant payment gateways: Stripe and Razorpay.

Check IMEIs never stores, handles, or has access to your full credit card numbers, CVVs, or banking PINs. All payment submissions are encrypted via 256-bit Transport Layer Security (TLS/SSL) directly with the payment gateway.

5. Data Retention & Customer Rights

We retain device lookup logs and payment reference records only for the period necessary to deliver your report, handle customer support, and meet legal and accounting compliance requirements.
